I have recently noticed a review that someone that has claimed to have had a bad experience with Patty Newby and I find it difficult to believe and there are always two sides to a story.In all my past (numerous) contracts which Patty has handled for my clients, never has she earned less than a 5-Star Rating.Many times, the client does not understand the terms of contracts and they try to turn things around and are not being truthful with what they are stating.Trust me, I have been there and have had this happen to me, where someone was not happy with the outcome, which is not the fault of the person representing them. Very often people only hear what they want to hear and not the facts.Realtors, Lenders, Home Inspectors, and many others in the Real Estate Industry who take our industry seriously, which I know Patty does, is not being treated fairly by someone that likely does not understand what they have agreed to.Real Estate is heavily regulated and we as professionals keep very good records and are buttoned up should we have to defend ourselves. However, anyone can make claims on Google Reviews which are NOT at all accurate.I write this because it makes me steam when this happens.Our clients are VERY Important to us, and we bend over backwards to not only meet, but exceed our clients' expectations.Patty is one of those lenders that I have and will continue to refer my client to regardless of what one disgruntled client that is likely misstating her experience.
