I needed a mobile notary in the Palm Bay, FL area and reached out to several notaries I found through Google. Susan was the only one who responded to my call, and I’m so glad she did!Fromthe start, Susan was professional, responsive, and great with communication. She immediately sent me her contact and website information, kept me updated once she made contact with the signer, confirmed the appointment that morning, and notified me as soon as the signing was complete. She also went above and beyond by sending me scans of the notarized documents before shipping them, which I truly appreciated.Excellent service from start to finish! I will definitely use Susan again should I need a mobile notary in the Palm Bay area.

10/10 if possible. She was so sweet so kind and so patient. We were closing on our home and there was a bit of a pricing issue (nothing to do with her) and she called everyone possible to get it resolved for us. Made sure we signed everything correctly, got the right price, and was so understanding. Would use her for anything and everything!

I like to thank Susan for helping my parents who retired in Thailand with remote notary. It was a huge test due to my parents who are seniors and not familiar with technology. Susan was extremely patient in getting it done after two attempts. It would not have been possible without Susan professionalism, patient, and understanding. I will highly recommend Susan for remote notary services thank you Susan we are grateful to you

Susan was great! I needed a same-day Notary, and she was right there. She came within five hours of me requesting the service. She is knowledgeable and quick. I think the whole thing took maybe 20 minutes. I only needed one signature stamped. She was pleasant, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call her again!
