I went in for an oil change and their computer systems were down, the owner was very up front about this and apologized. It was no problem for me but they still gave a discount for the inconvenience. There was a slight issue by no fault of theirs with a bad gasket and again they made it right 100%. I would recommend them to anyone and would bring my own car back again. Daughter was due for an oil change before heading back to MSU after the New Years (hail state!). Wife and her headed over to Costa. The last time I got my oil changed (at a different establishment) they insisted that I needed an air filter. I am generally skeptical of suggestions at some places, so I declined. Today I got my oil changed and asked him to change the filter since I never got anyone to check it and to my surprise, he told me my filter was good. I watched him pull it out and he explained what to look for. I'm so thankful for an honest business that isn't going to try and upsell me on everything! Will definitely be back. Less
