Now it’s been some time I can leave a review, I came in about a month and a half ago for micro braids and lot of hair stores don’t sell the long micro braiding hair so I had to go a short on the hair and it ended little past my shoulders instead of waist length as I intended but Queen and Crystal made it work and I have very short hair I was nervous about the tightness but it was perfect enough for my hair to be secured but not in pain exactly what I am looking for. Taking my braids down this weekend I’ll be in next week for a new set.

My daughter got her hair braided there today. Despite her Autism and being non-verbal they were very patient with her. They were able to braid her hair just how she likes it with the beads in it that keep her calm. They were especially gentle when it came to taking out the knots. Other customers were very friendly and kind to her as well. We will be returning. Thank you for treating her so well!

⭐☆☆☆☆This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. I showed the style I wanted, paid for the service, and left with a hairstyle that did not match what I requested. Mistakes can happen, but what was most frustrating was the way the situation was handled afterward.When I contacted the stylist to discuss my concerns and ask about having the style corrected, I was met with poor communication and an unprofessional attitude. Instead of listening to my concerns or attempting to resolve the issue, I felt completely dismissed. The conversation ended with my concerns being ignored and the phone call abruptly hung up.A business should stand behind its work and treat customers with respect, even when there is a disagreement. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. Between the failure to provide the requested style and the rude, dismissive response when I tried to address it, I cannot recommend this business to others.Save your money and go to a stylist who values both their craft and their customers.

When I arrived on time, I noticed the owner that I booked with was already working with another client. I was then referred to another stylist from the back; however, after seeing the lack of quality of the hair provided, the owners unwelcoming attitude, and not acknowledging that I booked with her. I decided to leave. I did not feel confident that the service would meet my expectations, and I am hesitant to spend money on an experience that does not feel right.

Do not come here! You will be wasting your money!! Find a salon with 4.5 stars or more. I hope yall ready the reviews! The energy and communication is not there. The lady owner of the salon said that I wasn't being patient!!! Like what im a grown woman I dont need anyone saying I need to be patient. And the lady crystal kept looking at me up amd down the whole time like no very rude. I dont recommend crystal to do your hair. Im so upset I want my money back.

Pros: walk-ins are welcomeCons: too rough, doesn’t give you what you ask for, expensive for what you’re gettingFirst time I went to this place was about 2 years ago and the stitch braids I received did look good! However, I asked for 8 braids and was only given 6 then the lady still tried to charge me for the price of 8Second time I went to this place, she was absolutely too rough with my hair and the braids looks god awful for the amount that I paid

If I could give this shop NO stars, I would! Was told 1 price for micros when my appt was confirmed and the price was increased when I was there. My braids were shorter in the back than the front, when I asked the owner to correct them, she acted as if I was imagining the issue! The braids started to unravel, called to have that corrected, my call was NOT returned!
