I had been working with another company that repeatedly failed to keep their appointments, one time even being a no-show without any communication. Frustrated and stressed, I started looking for a new provider and that’s when I found this company.Jim was incredibly understanding of the stress I had gone through due to the broken sprinkler system and my previous contractor. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Not only that, he also offered helpful insights about the various trees on our property and even gave me some great landscaping advice.His technicians also installed a new station, and now I no longer have to water by hand with a hose—what a relief! I especially want to recommend the new sprinkler controller they installed. It’s been a game-changer!! The rain sensor and Wi-Fi functionality mean I no longer have to go into the garage every time I want to run or stop the system manually. When it rains, the sensor automatically delays the schedule.I’m extremely happy with the results!Oh, and I’ll also be getting some lighting installed by this company soon. I have a feeling it’s going to look amazing once it’s done! Can’t wait!!
