Our boiler stopped working on Friday evening, we booked an emergency appointment with British Gas who very quickly checked the boiler and advised it’s not fixable and we need to buy new one. I found Osman online and based on his great reviews I called him on Sunday, he came to check the problem on Monday and on Tuesday he returned and fixed our boiler. He understands urgency and is very emphatic, he also is very knowledgable and experienced. Really happy we found Osman and will use his services going forward.

Omar arrived on time, was incredibly professional completing the job and resolving an additional issue all at a very competitive price, despite carrying out the work on short notice.
