ProgressA

I was introduced to Nick Hurt by a colleague, as I am looking for new opportunities. Nick invited me for a meeting in London, which was fulsome. He followed up with me immediately, inviting me to complete a career reset questionnaire which required me address and respond to 20 open and cleverly pitched questions - this was definitely not a Myers Briggs-type multiple choice exercise. I enjoyed answering these and it required dedicated thought. ProgressA came back to me within 48 hours, with a well considered and cleverly structured response, outlined in my later life career strategy; this document sets out a practical, market-aware strategy for me, integrating:• my personality, values, skills, and career history• a brief snapshot of the current UK job market (which affects me and my skillsets), and where demand is structurally strong• Clear recommendations on role types, sequencing, and positioning• Explicit warnings on market traps that could damage momentum for meThe intent is not reinvention, but controlled redeployment of high-trust leadership capability in ways that sustains income, purpose, and long-term relevance for me.What I have experienced is high-touch, and personlised leadership advisory.
