As member of Eupraxia Ontario since June and a chiropractic assistant for Dr. Teon next door, I've experienced our wellness community from both sides.I began attending one class five days per week, then progressed to two classes five days per week — earning the nickname "overachiever" among our supportive member community. I now attend the 5:30pm class directly after work, which keeps me connected to the members and mission I care about. What sets Eupraxia apart is the culture: knowledgeable coaches, varied and effective programming, and a community of people who genuinely take pride in their health. It's encouraging to see that same commitment reflected in both the chiropractic practice and the gym.I highly recommend Eupraxia Ontario to anyone seeking a welcoming, results-driven fitness community.

(Catherine Maletta)I am so glad to be back in my Eupraxia routine for total body health! I loved it the first time around (not so much the 6:00 AM classs lol) but as they say "life got in the way."It's been a couple of years, but now with more class time options, there are no excuses. I've been attending classes and am thrilled to be working out with some of our original 6 AM class members and making new friends on the same mission. I especially appreciate the 9 AM class with Coach Kourtney. She encourages members to work at their own pace, offering alternative choices to the routines, critiquing our individual forms and always motivating us to take it to the next level whether it be reps or weights. It's all good !!

A total fitness and weight loss solution! They have fun boot camp style workouts with great instructors and a huge range kettlebell weights that can help even the strongest athlete improve their sport’s performance. The best part is that you just show up to constantly changing workouts and enjoy pushing yourself in a group. Would definitely recommend this gym if you have problems staying motivated since the entire team is there to support you.

I absolutely love working out at Eupraxia. I have been going religiously at least 3-4 times a week for a year now. The trainers are amazing and so are the other members. I appreciate the class times which allow me to get my workout in even with a busy schedule. I highly recommend joining Eupraxia.

Words alone cannot express how excited, happy, encouraged and blessed we feel since joining Eupraxia Ontario.Since joining only 5 weeks ago... not only are we down a combined 20 lbs ... we are relearning HOW to eat as well as relearning that exercise is a blessing !We LOVE the workouts which are taught by the amazing coaches here and we actually look forward to attending . They suggest 3 30 min workouts each week but we’re finding we actually have been going 4x a week .They teach us what to eat as well as give us guidance in our grocery shopping and meal preps . BOTH of us have NEVER been hungry or felt deprived these past 5 weeks .I have RA and my symptoms and inflammation have decreased DRAMATICALLY! Eating whole REAL foods is the only way to live!We are looking at diet and exercise now SO differently and look forward to seeing the changes ahead.Thank you Dr Teon and all the coaches and staff for changing our lives!

Eupraxia is awesome! If you haven't heard of them, you need to check them out. All of the trainers are fabulous and super nice. The workouts are different every day so you won't get bored. They also teach you modifications for all exercises so don't feel threatened to start off and not be in the best shape.

Eupraxia is the best kept secret in Ontario. Until a friend told me, I didn’t realize it was a gym. They have the best classes…effective and efficient. Classes change each day, so it’s not repetitive. They offer kick boxing plus other workouts such as stations, kettle bells, tabata, body weight, etc. Instructors are very nice and do a great job explaining, proving modifications, suggesting weights (telling you to increase when needed) and keeping the class moving. Sign up…you won’t regret it!!
