After interviewing 5 pool companies to refinish my pool I decided on Wahoo and I am so happy that I did. From the first visit with Jesus to the completion of the project the service was outstanding. They will not leave your side until you are completely educated on how the pool works, and satisfied it is working correctly.Issues: Any construction project will have things that need to be addressed and fixed. Wahoo caught 90% of those issues themselves, the 10% I caught were fixed immediately. Wahoo never once tried to downplay an issue. Even when I was wrong (I was constantly wrong) they investigated my concern.The People:1. Thomas my designs sales specialist: He spent hours with my wife and I making sure our pool was better than anything we could have created on our own. His years of experience allowed him to make recommendations we had never considered. He remained a point of contact the entire time.2. David my pool project manager: He built a beautiful pool, explained every step, was on site regularly checking the work. David is the best project manager I have every worked with in any capacity.3. Rick my outdoor kitchen project manager: He built our dream kitchen, and I am positive it is better built than my home. I enjoyed sitting outside and talking to Rick as he worked. He is the best, simply put.4. BiBi my Pool School Professor: Bibi is one of the best people you will ever work with. The man knows more about pools than anyone I have ever met. With patience, he has answered every question I have, addressed every concern I have, and spent hours of his personal time making sure I know what I am doing when it comes to my pool. It cannot be overstated how wonderful Bibi is to work with.5. The rest of the team: There are countless names I am not even aware of that have gone into making this pool amazing, but Pete, Vinny and Elizabeth were all very helpful at various times through this project and deserve to be mentioned in this review.Wahoo builds trust with their customers, and deliver on that trust every day. Their primary two goals are building the best pools possible, and ensuring customer satisfaction and success. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you, Wahoo!

Wahoo built my pool in record time compared to hear-say I received from other companies. Pete C. my project manager was on top of everything with both contractors and wahoo employees. I was very nervous about selecting a pool company while seeing other companies on the news for fraud. Wahoo was a pleasure to work with and are a honest and true company!

I want to recommend Wahoo Pools for building your pool. Very reliable, great communication and fast moving process. They were able to finish the project in two months and a half. Andrew is an excellent communicator and always responded promptly to our questions. Bibi is a super star in starting the pool and making sure that everything runs properly. I'm writing this review to let anyone who's looking to build a pool to choose Wahoo pools. Everything was great, beginning wirh the proposal design done by Robert, the crews who worked here to put the project togheter, Andrew with communications and scheduling, Bibi and Alex with the pool start up. We had our pool done in less than 3 months,which is a huge accomplishment. Our pool is beautifully done, the quality of the materials and the little "factory" that's keeping the pool running are top notch quality. It's a big investment and a big project and I know how important it is to have someone tell you about the experience that they have. I picked Wahoo pools after reading the reviews and I want to thank you to everyone who took the time to write about their experience. I am definitely recommending Wahoo, and as someone said, your pool research should stop at Wahoo. Great price, great communication, great people,great results! Thank you so much!!
