I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at this office. I waited nearly a month for a new patient appointment for a tooth that was causing me pain, based on a coworker's recommendation.When I arrived, they couldn't verify my insurance but gave me an out-of-pocket treatment plan and promised to call my insurance the next day to get the updated pricing. Over the next several weeks, I had to chase them down repeatedly, only to be given a string of conflicting excuses by the insurance coordinator.First, I was told my insurer (Blue Cross Blue Shield) "randomly closed at 2:30 PM on a weekday." When I called back later, she admitted she simply forgot to reach out.On a subsequent call weeks later, I was told they actually outsourced the verification to a third party, and the file was just sitting on her desk waiting for a response. I even emailed her my exact coverage breakdown as requested, which was completely ignored.To top it off, two days after they promised another "urgent escalation," I received the full bill for the initial visit that should have been covered 100% by my insurance. It has now been nearly two months of living with constant tooth pain with zero resolution, just endless excuses to get me off the phone.If you value your time, your health, or transparent billing, look elsewhere.

Dr. Mohr and staff were wonderful throughout my full top and bottom denture process. They were caring, professional, and very helpful every step of the way. I felt well taken care of and am so happy with my results. Highly recommend.

I have gone over 4 months with no teeth after paying $6800.00 i asked for a refund andcredit card company calledand we made my 4th payment.Texas dental rufused to fit me with my dentures i have still been paying for! This place is a joke!

I went here and had to get two teeth pulled I was given a flipper as a permanent option. The first flipper was way off in color and size got the new one but still could not talk or anything with it in. I was then told well this is the cheapest option and it’s not going to be perfect. I left can cried for hours thinking I would be stuck like that forever. Went to a new dentist and thankfully I did. I was not stuck with a huge flipper that was too big for my mouth and was also told this should have only been a temporary option. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I loved the dental hygienist. She is amazing there! Very sweet.

By far my absolute best experience with a dentist! I went years being in pain with poor fitting dentures. The doctors and staff at Texas Implant & Dental has fixed that problem for me! I won’t use anyone else, ever again!
