This post is specifically about my personal experience with Forge-Rx in Winder, GA. It is not about any other gym, fitness studio, or Fit Body Boot Camp location. I debated posting this because I don’t like drama, and I’ve tried really hard to handle things privately and maturely. But I also believe there’s a difference between “talking badly” about a business and being honest about your personal experience. For a while, I promoted and recommended Forge-RX in Winder, GA because I genuinely wanted to support a local fitness space and I was excited to be part of that community. Unfortunately, over time, my experience changed. I felt dismissed when asking for support, communication felt unorganized, and the overall environment no longer felt welcoming or professional to me. After my own experience — and after hearing similar concerns from others who had visited, considered joining, or had interactions there — I no longer feel comfortable recommending it. Today I officially canceled my membership. I’m not sharing this to start drama or attack anyone. I’m sharing because I have used my platform to promote this gym before, and I think it’s only fair to be honest now that my experience has changed. Protecting your peace sometimes looks like walking away from places you once really hoped would be good for you.

They are all very nice and willing to help me. The only thing this time is I didn't get any of the alcohol wipes in the box with my needles. I will look to see where I get buy them.

Very disappointing experience. The issue wasn’t the rule, but the rude and unprofessional way it was handled by a staff member.Funny how now that we spoke up about the treatment, all we hear is how nice Kelly is. That wasn’t our experience at all. Respect and proper communication should always come first.

Absolutely love this community gym! I’ve been a member for two years now, and the staff is so helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I can openly discuss my struggles and goals, and they always provide a wealth of information and support. The classes feel like family, and the staff genuinely care about each member. There are tons of free community groups and activities, and the environment is always clean, organized, and welcoming.

I LOVE FORGE!! I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I love the gym, the vibe, the people. Kelly is amazing and so kind to everyone period. Evan is great too, quiet and keeps to himself but he is hardworking and really cares about forge and all the people there! Best gym ever!!

I’ve had a really positive experience at this gym. It’s always clean, well-kept, and has a great overall atmosphere that makes you actually want to show up and put in the work.One of my favorite touches is the dogs at the front desk—they make the place feel welcoming right when you walk in. It’s such a small thing, but it honestly sets the tone.I also have to shout out Kell—she’s been incredibly helpful with my HYROX training. She’s not only knowledgeable, but genuinely encouraging and inclusive with everyone in the gym. You can tell she cares about helping people improve, no matter where they’re starting.Overall, it’s a supportive environment with good people, and that makes a big difference.

Forge-RX is my favorite gym EVER. They have a clean, welcoming environment and an amazing team. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and always willing to adapt workouts to fit your needs. This is such a great gym, nice clean in great equipment! I love the classes they offer especially Pilates with Kelly!! she is an incredible instructor that makes you feel so welcome, she takes her time to communicate with the ladies who don’t speak English. It makes them feel so welcome and I absolutely love when she plays Lachona for us to motivate us. She’s the best.!!💖
