This system has allowed me to save money by switching from a LOT of systems into one integrated system. I did not want to rebuild my websiteand it allowed me to integrate my existing wordpress site into the larger system and still worked. As well as the cost savings, the big deal for me was providing the integration of two-way sms communication with customers that I have never been able to get in Australia. Things that I have always thought I was getting with other CRMs but that never really came through have worked the first time (like all the email communication back and forth between the customer on your own email address are showing in the CRM). It has 24-hour chat support so if I am building something and need help to learn on the go, there is someone available within five minutes. It is a fraction of the cost of other systems selling 'funnels' and integrates the funnel with email, sms and CRM capability that other platforms I invested in did not. I recommend this to everyone I talk to who is looking for something simple and connected to manage website, e-learning offerings, CRM and funnels as an integrated systems. The more 'connecting zaps' you remove, the better for stability in your ecommerce system.
