We recently had the siding replaced on the back of our home, as it was rotting. We called the Atlanta Siding Authority to give us a proposal and they came out the very next day. Once we decided on using them we realized we had made the right choice. The owner , Pete, met with us, went over the scope of the job and gave us a start date. We received emails about material deliveries + dumpster, it all went very smoothly. We replaced the original 1980’s siding on just one side of our house because woodpeckers had put multiple holes in the original siding. We replaced the original with Hardie Plank siding. Peter was excellent to work with. He gave us a fair quote, and there were no surprise extra costs at the end of the job. The job was completed on time and on budget. The team at Atlanta Siding Authority did a fantastic job on the exterior painting of our home. We appreciated the touch ups to the siding, stucco and doors prior to painting and they took great care in the touch ups after painting. Our very old doors and garage doors were given new life and should last us a few more years now. We appreciated Pete's patience as we struggled to figure out the difficult transition on the side of our home that has brick, stucco and siding that also serves as the transition of color. We chose to go a little bold by outlining the house by painting the eaves, gutter guards and downspouts in black. Pete helped us see this vision through. In the end, we are more than pleased with the outcome. Pete was on the job site every day to not only support his team but to help with the work as well as address any concerns we had. After our appointment he sent me the quote later that day for 11 windows. Once I approved the quote it took a little more than 3 weeks to receive the windows. Pete was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to get the job done. He communicated frequently about timing, supplies and status. He also gave us several tips on other areas of our house. We had siding replaced on our chimney, repainting and the top coated in black paint. Pete gave us a reasonable and fair quote and he was on site managing the job. After the crew finished the job and cleaned up, Pete came back the next day with a magnetic rake to make sure all of the nails were picked up off of our lawn.
