I had such a lovely experience at this Japanese head spa with my mam. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was so calm.The girls were absolutely lovely and so welcoming. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and we both left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Visited Rewind for the famous Japanese Head Spa and can highly recommend. Chelsea is full of knowledge and so friendly and welcoming. The room is warm and calming and the products used are lovely. The treatment is amazing value for money and such a lovely gift to receive.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the best experience. We arrived at 6:35pm for our 6:45 booking. At first we were unsure if we were at the right address as the treatment room is built onto the side of a house and there’s no signs. It all felt very rushed and as though she was flustered. Checking the scalp with the camera really felt like she was making things up …didn’t really care about that bit but the whole point of using that is to then show you the scalp after the treatment which she didn’t do. I didn’t have the owner working in me but the woman I did have it felt like she was just making things up, using tools randomly with no intention for random amounts of time. It didn’t really feel like she knew how to give a massage and it felt like my hair was getting tangled. When the treatment finished she blow dried my hair very half heartedly and only dried it about 75% and when I got back to the car it was 7:30 so we didn’t even hit the one hour treatment time ….I was going to give 3 stars because 2 feels harsh but when my hair fully dried it didn’t feel soft or very clean. Today as I’m writing this is the next day and my hair feels greasy/ like there’s product that didn’t get washed out left over. I’ve had a headspa before which was admittedly more expensive but the level if professionalism is night and day between the two experiences.

Just Amazing! Chelsey and her girls have beautiful energy, from the moment myself and my daughter entered the salon we enjoyed it all. We had the added jelly mask, neck and shoulder massage as well as the Japanese head spa. We opted to have a hair mask put in and my hair felt amazing when we washed it the next day. I cannot wait to book back in and was lovely being able to experience it with my daughter ❤️

Had the Japanese head spa treatment today (duo booking of over 250€ as added in the ‘Masaage’, using the term loosely. Would definitely not go again, very expensive overhyped and not worth it. Had two nice ladies who carried out the treatment however the treatment itself was a weak hair wash. Hair was barely dried afterwards - still soaking at the root. Very disappointing for the price - would not recommend to anyone again.
