Real estate is usually the single biggest investment a person will make in their lifetime and thus it is so important to have a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate professional in your corner looking after your best interests. Our daughter was buying her first home and wanted us to be included in the process. Michael was recommended to us, and we could not be happier with our experience. Michael first took the time to understand her needs, wants and most importantly her budget. He immediately made available an online service tailored to her requirements, to apprise her of new listings. He arranged property showings promptly and helped us to understand the pros and cons of each individual property. He showed a variety/range of properties in order to better ascertain and understand her preferences and this in turn helped her to clarify what she wanted. The market was very competitive, and Michael’s expertise was critical when writing up an offer. He built a positive rapport with the selling agent which was key to the successful acceptance of her offer. He also recommended a real estate lawyer and a mortgage broker, both of whom were excellent. While our daughter was the client, Michael made it easy for us to feel included. Michael demonstrated immense patience, gave encouragement and provided sage advice along with his expertise. We highly recommend Michael and would definitely use him again. Less

I had worked with a few agents before, but Michael was way more than a typical real estate agent. He does not work for just money. He truly values his customers and their success. When I first met him, it was in the last minute of an open house where the house was already conditionally sold, but he spent so much time guiding me to the right direction anyways. When I purchased a house, he did a thorough inspection of everything and pointed issues that I could not have found myself. He is very knowledgeable, polite and punctual and even the seller’s agent spoke very highly of him. He also helped me with renting the house and spent another 2-hour session teaching me how to screen tenants and what to do as a landlord. I definitely recommend him and would love to work with him more in future. Less
