I must say, Jono and Oscar were very prompt on site. We had 2 split system air conditioners installed (ready for Winter) and they did a terrific job. Our place was left very clean and tidy and they explained everything in depth at the end. The office was extremely helpful too, great advise on different types of split systems. They actually helped us save money on a different top end system. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical service that is required, and we will be using them again.

I called Ideal Electrical late in the day to fix an unknown issue that knocked out half of the electrical circuit, including fully stocked fridge and freezers. They had a sparky around first thing in the morning and he quickly identified and rectified the issue, at a very reasonable price. Fantastic, friendly service, at a great price. Johnathan came out to replace some downlights and install a dimmer switch today. While here he iidentified a faulty RCD and that our smoke detectors were due for replacement. No pushy sales tactics, just letting us know that they needed to be replaced this year. He quickly got me a quote for the additional work and completed it while on site.From the intitial engagement to get a quote, through delivery or service and some extras, both Johnathan and Chelsea were very friendly, professional and responsive. We asked Ideal Electrical to come assist with a faulty air con system and the young man called Johnathan solved it within an hour. A few weeks later he called us, as he was in the area to check everything was still working. 5 stars for the work, I’d give him 6 if I could for his customer service.
