This means there were three incisions: both sides of the top of the jaw by the ear and one under the chin.I’m a baby and handled the local anesthesia. It felt like going to the dentist and getting lidocaine when the tumescent solution was injected. Keep in mind, I was high when this happened as I had PRESCRIPTIONS - all monitored by the doctor. I’m assuming this is the more cost effective form of sedation. In this economy, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.I’ve had Kybella before (what a waste) at a separate medspa and I think the burning of that was way worse than the few seconds of injection pain required for local anesthesia. Once the procedure was started by Dr. Obasi, the entire procedure took less than five minutes. Again, the bulk of the time required is from waiting for your meds to kick in and then waiting again for your local anesthesia to kick in. I think general anesthesia is a bit riskier given the procedure is only five minutes…Results: Even with swelling and bruising, my jawline is now certified snatched. No more double chin. The price I paid was in line with the price I would have paid in Turkey, so it was definitely worth it. Less

Since I had multiple areas done, the pain was well managed with mild narcotics. I flew in from Seattle for the procedure (that's how you know Noble is good, to go to Texas, especially in the summer?!) and had it done awake under local numbing, which I was nervous of but the only pain was the numbing injections and there was no discomfort, it was done before I knew it! I'm only a few days out (will update with pics when healing is done!) but am already healing faster than expected even and haven't even had to take the prescribed pain meds (and I have a super low pain tolerance!) Extremely good experience, I'd recommend Dr Olumba and Noble again and again. Also the front desk and other staff were super helpful, major shoutout to Heather and Karen! Less

He had the necessary experience to address my unique problem. After examining my stomach, Dr. Obasi explained exactly what needed to be done during and after the procedure. I had my surgery in December 2023, which was successful, and more than I could have imagined. As a person with prior keloid scarring, during and after my surgery, I received three rounds of corticosteroids, which significantly reduced my incision scarring and left me with a feeling of pure joy. I am immensely grateful to Drs. Obasi and Olumba for their guidance, expertise, and care. I also want to express my appreciation for their exceptional staff. How could almost symmetrical breasts be so different after what should have been a simple breast augmentation? Its bc a different surgeon worked on each of my breasts. While Dr. Obasi worked on my right breast, Dr. Arumala/ Olumba was working on my left breast. I'm not expecting the details of my surgery to be discussed in a response to my Google review. I have contacted Dr. Obasi directly and expressed my concerns multiple times & he flat out ignored me. I'm waiting to see if I will be able to have a 4 mo follow up exam or continue to have my botched breasts ignored.... Less

Dr Obasi possesses a phenomenal bedside manner and shows a genuine concern for his patients wellness and well being. He is meticulous about his craft and will do what’s in his power to ensure the patient has the best result. He was informative and took the time to answer all questions. I had 3 procedures done, breast augmentation implant exchange, lipo 360 with a BBL in September 2022. I developed so many issues and complications, not to mention that my bbl is lumpy and uneven, parts of my skin have developed a terrible pigment that is more than likely permanent. My breast augmentation had so many things go wrong I had to pay over $2,000 else where to get testing done, CT scans, ultrasound and medication because the doctor kept telling me that "Nothing was wrong with me, that I came in with a larger breast"! Absurd, I had perfectly symmetrical breast pre-op, and even if that had been the case, as a professional surgeon why didn't he suggest getting different implant sizes to correct the problem! That is because my breast where perfectly even prior to my surgery. My lipo areas are lumpy, uneven and I have developed so much fibrosis. Mind you I followed all of my port-op instruction to the T, I received at least 20 lymphatic massages, his technique is just not it. He did not leave me snatched, I am not a big person at that I'm 135lbs, you would think my results would be dramatic to great. My entire experience here after my surgery has been terrible, from my breast incision opening and it draining heavily after 4 weeks to the doctor ignoring all of my concerns telling me nothing is wrong. Thankfully I was able to find a Board Certified PLASTIC surgeon who perfumed an emergency surgery on my breast and put me on heavy antibiotics as my implant had developed a biofilm, he also drained over 100ml of fluid to my breast.
