Imran has been great throughout. We had an issue caused by a valve not working and needed boiler servicing. He came out quickly, and even if he had to return as he couldn't access the boiler initially - not at all his fault, he was not annoyed or difficult. His communication was prompt and clear, and kept me always well informed about his arrival time. Did a clean, neat job, reasonably priced and took the time to explain everything and provide advice.
