John came out and gave me a quote that I felt comfortable with and agreed to have his team remove the mold. The people he sent to dismantle the area were very courteous and efficient. Each crew cleaned up after their work was done. I am satisfied.

When I called, they were very responsive and gave me a quote right away. They were prompt on the day of appointment and thorough with removing the damaged flooring and drywall. John came from an hour away, on the same day, to look at my basement which had had some construction repair. After giving me the best estimate and plan, we agreed he would start work a day or 2 later. His crew worked through the New Years week, including the holiday. Only took Sunday off on a 6 day job. Emptied the ENTIRE basement of 32 years of stuff into a large pod or a 14' dumpster. Hepa vacuumed and cleaned all surfaces. Biowashed floor. Used a scrubbed to clean HVAC duct work and vents. Painted walls and floor with paint with a antimicrobial additive. Cleaned items that had been stored and put back in basement in a very small neat area on a plastic sheet. As his crew emptied the pod, they asked again what I wanted to keep. They transferred several items to the dumpster...had to get another dumpster delivered.

We recently discovered mold in our basement and contacted Restoration Connection. John Fowler came right away and the next day his crew arrived and began the encapsulation process. He cleaned and treated all the basement and under the house with the chemicals necessary to treat the mold. His workers were very polite and helpful to us. John and his crew were very efficient. Work was even done over the weekend to minimize the time my renter had to be out of the house. Work that was done was mold mitigation which John explained very well prior to the work. John was also able to do the work putting back drywall and flooring and bath fixtures back in after the mold issue was completed. We discovered mold inside my mother's house in 2 different places. John and his team did a thorough job of removing part of ceiling and walls, treating infected areas, and fully restoring wall and ceiling to match perfectly. We also discovered a more serious mold infection in The basement. The team did a great job of removing and disposal of items, cleaning the whole area, treatment of area, and sealing the entire basement. This company responded quickly to inquiry about an estimate. I had an extensive problem going on in my basement. The owner, John, was easy to talk to and work with. He negotiated a price with me, which I deem to be a reasonable fee, considering all the work that needed done, including removing some large pieces of furniture, etc. The workers were pleasant and responsive to a few requests I made, such as scheduling a break to accommodate my letting my dogs out into the backyard for 15 minutes. I mostly dealt with Jeffrey, who was very polite and a hard and reliable worker. There were was another man, sometimes two others, physically working at the same time, so they took only two and a half days to get everything done. The basement is in much better shape now. I would recommend this company.
