I enjoyed running but needed some help and Debbie did just that using videos of my technique and training exercises and I could see a difference from each session. Then an Injury from another sport and Life happened, the running stopped and my motivation went through the floor! Debbie spent the time to understand and refocus me, its a slow transition back but i am running again and i look forward to progressing back to full fitness with Debbie's support.

Jilly was more than happy for us to swap and made me feel comfortable straight away. I have since attended to make sure that I am lifting weights correctly and to help strengthen the right muscles around my glutes to prevent further injury. Jilly has been amazing - she explains everything clearly, is really supportive, and made me feel confident in what I am doing. At 17, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do career-wise, but my experience here has inspired me to apply to university to pursue a career in physiotherapy rehabilitation.I can't recommend Jilly enough.

I have been a client of the clinic for about a year now, originally attending for a frozen shoulder. Thanks to their amazing care, I now just go for maintenance for an ongoing shoulder injury. I see Jilly, who is absolutely amazing - knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly effective. My husband now also attends for his knee, and when my daughter hurt her back at the gym, they couldn't have been more helpful.An amazing place with a truly professional team.Highly recommend.
