Very helpful through out the entire experience and accommodating of my time frame. I was full of questions and unsure of a lot and they were patient and understanding through it all. I'd use them again if needed!

We are so grateful to Fackler Monument Company for creating such a beautiful memorial for our loved one. Sally and Amber were caring, professional and very helpful throughout the whole process. We truly appreciate all that was done to honor our loved one in such a special way.

Very nice people and very informative. They allowed me to pay on a monthly payment plan which makes it so much easier! Placed the stone at the cemetery and I didn’t have to do anything. Overall a great place to do business.

Everyone that we delt with was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. We changed our minds twice on the design on two monuments with no issues and the end product was perfect. Great people to work with.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have received updatesof the progress of the installation of the monument. I am veryhappy with the end result and I am sure that my husband would have been very pleased, as well.
