Harassment, false accusation and briberyI would not recommend Parkside Drive Dental ever since new ownership they have different dentists come in every couple months. My last visit was a nightmare. The lady dentist had only said hi to me, not a single word after that. I’ve been going to this practice since I was a child when it was originally owned by Dr. Morrison. Before meeting my new dentist, I actually heard them talking outside the room how they went drinking the night before. After not fixing the problem.I didn’t get explanation on what was happening or anything that was going to be performed that day, no recommendations no nothing. The manager also overcharged me from the original price we talked about. I paid 95% of the amount and I have a small balance left over. But when I called in the next day, saying I still had the tooth issues. I was booked an appointment for the following week. Day before my appointment I got a call at at 8 o’clock in the morning saying they are cancelling my appointment. I had asked them why they accused me of writing a bad review, also saying that they’re gonna dismiss me as a patient. we resolved the issue because I’ve been a long-term patient. And the appointment was booked again. Then I get a call from another receptionist, she was gonna send my dental records to a random dentist, which I told her she’s not allowed that is against the regulations and she got very feisty and said she can do whatever she wants. I told her without my permission she is not allowed to do that. and she got very loud and rude after I had mentioned that I would love to write an actual review on how they’re treating me. she hung up the phone on me. Then I get a third call from the manager, accusing me again of this bad review. I asked for proof they have and she had nothing to say. This is harassment from three different people from this practice. I had hung up the phone. I decided to email them so I can get my dental records and I have proof that they tried to bribe me to take down this review, and once they saw it was delete they would clear the remaining balance on the account which was $80. I wonder how many people they’ve dismissed and cancelled as a client when someone wrote a bad review.I’ve posted a picture of the email trying to bribe me. A bunch of shady clowns.
