Stopped by Goodlettsville Nutrition in Goodlettsville, TN during the Goodlettsville Chamber of Commerce “Good Morning Goodlettsville” event and had an awesome experience. When I got to the counter, I wasn’t sure what to order, but Juan made it easy — he asked if I was more of a peanut butter, chocolate, or vanilla person. I chose peanut butter, and he surprised me with a Peanut Butter Pancake shake that was incredible. It was smooth, flavorful, high-protein (without tasting like protein), and exactly what I needed to start the day at 8am.The shop is clean, welcoming, and decorated really nicely — a great local spot for healthy smoothies, nutrition shakes, loaded teas, B12 energy drinks, açaí bowls, frappes, iced coffees, and fruity refreshers in Goodlettsville. The menu has tons of options, and Juan brings amazing energy that makes the whole experience better. If you’re searching for a smoothie bar, healthy shake shop, or nutrition club near Goodlettsville, I definitely recommend stopping in — worth the trip and I’ll absolutely be back!
