This gym is always clean. It’s never packed with people, giving it a more private experience. The parking is convenient. The owners have great morals. I’ve trained with almost all the owners and they’re so much fun to train with! Machines are well taken care of. This is my favorite Gym. I don’t think I’ll ever find another like this one.... More

Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff/ownership, clean facility with everything you need, and friendly and encouraging community to work out next to no matter what stage you’re at in your fitness journey. This gym has everything you need! Amber and Chris are great people who know how to help people get in shape. This gym has equipment for people who are into CrossFit, bodybuilding, cardio , etc. I love the atmosphere and the people. The membership price is very reasonable compared to other gyms in the area.
