I had a really good experience with them. A competitor pool company had suggested a several thousand dollar repair (including new pump as well as re-plumbing things they said the original pool company did wrong even though it had been working fine many years, etc.) i declined and decided to try Boardwalk Pools (based on their positive reviews) to see what they would quote for the same work, still believing I needed at least a new pump. They were prompt, courteous, and indicated pump was actually working well, just had some leaks causing my symptoms - they repaired those leaks the same week and it's working great now, for a much cheaper price.I love a company that you can trust not to take advantage of you and actually work the issue versus trying to make an extra $. They are now in my contacts as my go-to pool guys.

We've hired Boardwalk Pools (referred by reputable home inspector) to inspect a pool/spa/equipment during the pre-sale of a home we were purchasing. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a throughou report + great turn around. Also, a great plus that their receptionist/scheduler provided great customer service. It was great working with this company overrall. Would recommend for any inspection needs!

I previously used another pool service for years until they sold out to a chain that received less than stellar reviews. I was searching for another company that had that same small company but big service feel. Boardwalk Pools has been that for me every visit. They aren’t looking to oversell you on services, or push things you don’t really need. They are honest, their prices are more than reasonable and the work is high quality.Diana is incredibly responsive to any after service questions and what I especially love is they look out for ways to save you a little more money if they can. I’m happy to have found a company I can rely on for as long as I have a home with a pool!

I used their pool inspection service and I’m so happy I chose them. They arrived on time, notified me before their arrival, and once on site they explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood. If you need a pool inspection, I definitely recommend going with them.
