I had a great experience with Boardwalk Pools. I was having trouble balancing my pools chemistry due to consistently high CYA. After a consultation with Dan at Boardwalk, he suggested a salt cell system. He installed the system, explained how it worked and helped me get everything started. Unfortunately the control board had an issue with its display (manufacturing issue), but Dan went above and beyond to help get the control board replaced and reinstalled through the warranty at no charge.
