I asked for my DE Filters to be cleaned. Their representative showed up as agreed and was in and out in less than one hour. He was professional and knowledgeable. When he left, there was no trace that he had ever been to my yard, my pool pressures we're back into normal ranges, and the experience was great. I will definitely use this company again.

I had a really good experience with them. A competitor pool company had suggested a several thousand dollar repair (including new pump as well as re-plumbing things they said the original pool company did wrong even though it had been working fine many years, etc.) i declined and decided to try Boardwalk Pools (based on their positive reviews) to see what they would quote for the same work, still believing I needed at least a new pump. They were prompt, courteous, and indicated pump was actually working well, just had some leaks causing my symptoms - they repaired those leaks the same week and it's working great now, for a much cheaper price.I love a company that you can trust not to take advantage of you and actually work the issue versus trying to make an extra $. They are now in my contacts as my go-to pool guys.

We've hired Boardwalk Pools (referred by reputable home inspector) to inspect a pool/spa/equipment during the pre-sale of a home we were purchasing. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a throughou report + great turn around. Also, a great plus that their receptionist/scheduler provided great customer service. It was great working with this company overrall. Would recommend for any inspection needs!

I previously used another pool service for years until they sold out to a chain that received less than stellar reviews. I was searching for another company that had that same small company but big service feel. Boardwalk Pools has been that for me every visit. They aren’t looking to oversell you on services, or push things you don’t really need. They are honest, their prices are more than reasonable and the work is high quality.Diana is incredibly responsive to any after service questions and what I especially love is they look out for ways to save you a little more money if they can. I’m happy to have found a company I can rely on for as long as I have a home with a pool!

I had a great experience with Boardwalk Pools. I was having trouble balancing my pools chemistry due to consistently high CYA. After a consultation with Dan at Boardwalk, he suggested a salt cell system. He installed the system, explained how it worked and helped me get everything started. Unfortunately the control board had an issue with its display (manufacturing issue), but Dan went above and beyond to help get the control board replaced and reinstalled through the warranty at no charge. Really appreciate the great customer service and we are loving the salt water system during this hot Houston summer.

I have not written many reviews over the years but Boardwalk Pools deserves a shout out. Dan, his wife Diana, and his 2 sons provide exceptional service and go above and beyond in communicating with us, even about the smallest issues. This is our 3rd pool to own and we have never had a service company we would recommend until now. The kindest people you will ever meet, and so knowledgeable about every aspect of caring for your pool.

High quality and honest pool company! Boardwalk Pools serviced my pool as soon as I purchased my home with an existing pool over a year ago. The owner took the time to explain how all of the components of the pool worked and was always available with any questions. They installed a new pool heater and pool automation system at a fantastic price without trying to uncharge for anything.Since we travel quite often, sometimes for a month at a time, pool maintenance is something that I don’t want to think about, and Boardwalk Pools does exactly that. They have an auto-pay option and they come when they’re supposed to and let me know when the schedule changes with the reassurance that they’re available to help if we ever have any issues. The pool is always clean and ready to use and they do it all at a reasonable price.Recently, we lost power and our the pool automation system they installed stopped working and the equipment was showing no signs of power. I was afraid that a power surge might have damaged the pool equipment. I emailed Boardwalk Pools and they came out to take a look and was able to quickly get the system back up and running! They could have easily tried to rip me off and claim that parts (or the whole system) were damaged, but they are super honest and just reset everything for me.

They have never missed a day, come when they say they will and always leave the pool looking great!
