We had been trying to get our CARB test done on the road and couldn’t find anywhere to get it done. A friend recommended Smart CTC. Taylor was really great helping us set up our account and getting our remote testing module to us overnight. About 20 minutes after receiving it had our test done and compliant with California. From the first call all the way through the first self test everything was flawless. I ordered my device and it was at my house in just a few days.vi hooked it up and followed all the directions and in about 8 minutes the California website had my passing test results updated.I also have a friend who has the same device. He was having issues. I walked through the instructions with him and it worked just like mine. The instructions are super simple, follow them and you will have zero issues.Thank you Taylor.
