I was towing with my F-150 towards El Paso and felt my transmission giving out. Alex was very responsive and concerned. They accepted my vehicle as soon as I hit town and had the parts ordered that afternoon! As soon as all my needed parts arrived they immediately put it together and had me on my way. They deserve all 5 stars.

Respectful owner. Came to my home to do a free visual inspection noticed the transmission leak. Said he can take care of it for $480 and be done by tomorrow midday. Issue was i did not plan around this and should have asked more questions. There was a disconnect when additional work needed to be done. I texted him for a time to pick up the truck he called back with an image below stating there was a crack in my torque converter and if I purchase the part he would not charge me more and would install it no problem. I said no and I just need the original part put back and that is fine. I essentially paid $480 for a diagnosis. He did state he would purchase it himself at no charge but I did not want to mix in parts i did not pay for and agreed on to avoid any future disconnect.My only advice for others is ensure you outline expectations, cost, and discuss the event that another issue is identified. I did feel rushed and did not plan accordingly costing me $480 but at least I know what the issue is now. I'll learn from it.

Had a transmission repair on my 2009 Kia Sportage, I received great service. Alex came all the way to my work picked up my car and took it to his shop fixed the transmission brought it back to me and gave me a two 2 year warranty. I’ve been driving it without any problems for over two weeks.
