We went to the Troy store to try a mattress. Ended up buying a very comfortable Helix model. Our store associate was Andre. He took very good care of us. He explained all the features, answered our questions and even set us up with free delivery. A+ experience!! Go see Andre!

My wife and I went in looking for a mattress and ended up buying one. Andre was great! He was professional, did not pressure us into buying anything, and was willing to drop the price of a mattress to get us closer to our price point. We also appreciated the complimentary “Dream Map” Andre set up for us at the beginning to help us choose the right mattress for us.We will definitely return when we need a new mattress in the future!

We were really not expecting to buy a mattress right away on Sunday and were dreading the churn of visiting different stores. Snooze was very clean and welcoming, I really liked that they fit you with a pillow first, put a sanitary cover on it, then had you sample the beds. Most other places we visited had you use any dirty pillow that was laying around. I have to say, Andre Smith was a great salesperson. He was VERY professional, not pushy, and took the time we needed to decide on the mattress we liked. I will give him a call and go to Snooze for my future purchases.
