Had an amazing experience buying a mattress from here. Bree & Mike are very personable & relatable. The dream mapping is really helpful in guiding you towards the areas your body needs support - directing you to the plushness that works best for you. Bree was exceptionally knowledgeable about each of the products they carry which helped making a decision a lot easier for such a large purchase. They were also very straightforward with all the costs & warranty coverage. The team doesn’t come across as sales associates whatsoever, but rather as genuine friends that just want you to get the best sleep you possibly can! Would highly recommend!

I stumbled upon Snooze in Troy. I had purchased a mattress at Gardner White and unfortunately the fit was not good. I was committed to Gardner White to do an exchange. I thought I could gain some information by going into the Snooze store..Wow, Andre Smith was not only as kind as could be, he was most knowledgeable. He took so much time both with me and my husband and he was aware of our situation and knew that we were not going to buy from him as we were committed already. He answered questions, made suggestions for thought and ultimately was responsible for us making our decision as to the mattress to buy.If you want personal, kind, patient attention, please go to Snooze in Troy!

Customer service at this store is top notch. We have had a couple of hiccups along the way (no fault of Snooze), but they have been and currently are being resolved. Bree has been phenomenal with follow-ups and helping us resolve our issues. I highly recommend Snooze if you are looking for a mattress and want to talk with someone that is very knowledgeable when it comes to finding one that’s best for you. I have recommended Snooze to family and friends because of the quality of their customer service and very nice selection of mattresses. Good customer service is extremely hard to find and Bree doesn’t lack in that field…..10/10 highly recommend. Go see Bree!

We shopped for a new mattress and visited Snooze Mattress in Troy first, where Bree helped us find the perfect one so we didn't need to look anywhere else. We have only had the mattress for a few days and already love it because we no longer toss and turn. We highly recommend them!

My wife and I were greeted warmly and Bree was just wonderful; NO stressful sales pitches or punches, just a chill and very educational orientation; extremely helpful no matter what our purchasing outcome may have been. We did buy a Helix and a coupla pillows and look forward to sleeping well again! I would recommend dropping in for your next mattress purchase.

Well, that was an awesome orientation and experience ! Bree was amazing and really took tons of time with us going through the journey of finding a mattress we really needed and were not entirely sure what was the right fit. We had done our own homework prior to walking in and Bree facilitated it with humor, grace and kindness. An excellent experience all together ~
