I stumbled upon Snooze in Troy. I had purchased a mattress at Gardner White and unfortunately the fit was not good. I was committed to Gardner White to do an exchange. I thought I could gain some information by going into the Snooze store..Wow, Andre Smith was not only as kind as could be, he was most knowledgeable. He took so much time both with me and my husband and he was aware of our situation and knew that we were not going to buy from him as we were committed already. Customer service at this store is top notch. We have had a couple of hiccups along the way (no fault of Snooze), but they have been and currently are being resolved. Bree has been phenomenal with follow-ups and helping us resolve our issues. I highly recommend Snooze if you are looking for a mattress and want to talk with someone that is very knowledgeable when it comes to finding one that’s best for you. I have recommended Snooze to family and friends because of the quality of their customer service and very nice selection of mattresses. Good customer service is extremely hard to find and Bree doesn’t lack in that field…..10/10 highly recommend. Go see Bree!

We shopped for a new mattress and visited Snooze Mattress in Troy first, where Bree helped us find the perfect one so we didn't need to look anywhere else. We have only had the mattress for a few days and already love it because we no longer toss and turn. We highly recommend them!

My wife and I were greeted warmly and Bree was just wonderful; NO stressful sales pitches or punches, just a chill and very educational orientation; extremely helpful no matter what our purchasing outcome may have been. We did buy a Helix and a coupla pillows and look forward to sleeping well again! I would recommend dropping in for your next mattress purchase.

Well, that was an awesome orientation and experience ! Bree was amazing and really took tons of time with us going through the journey of finding a mattress we really needed and were not entirely sure what was the right fit. We had done our own homework prior to walking in and Bree facilitated it with humor, grace and kindness. An excellent experience all together ~

Went to Snooze very skeptical of their Dream Mapping system, I must say me and my wife were really impressed how the system worked and let us knew our trigger points. Bree was fabulous to work with and very knowledgeable of the different mattresses they sold. We were there about an hour and found what we hope is our perfect match. THANKS BREE for great experience.

I went into snooze a couple of weeks ago, and I had a very wonderful, warm, educational experience with Bree. After visiting a couple different stores, I realized I prefer a non-pressure sales environment. I don't think sales people realize that can be off-putting. Nobody wants to be "worked", also known as UP SOLD, while trying to navigate such an important investment. I would really recommend if you're seriously looking for a bed you should go to Snooze in Troy & See Bree!!!
