Scott is the most trusted realtor you can have. I was introduced to him when we're moving from NJ to CLT i was communicating with one realtor and she said that she couldn't help at this time and referred us to Scott and I'm so glad she did he went above and beyond. I would find homes that I wanted to look at and Scott would FaceTime me every Sunday and go to the homes I wanted to look at and we would go thru the home. I told him what I was looking for and he would eliminate the homes that did not meet my requirements all from NC and me in NJ. Scott became family and is always there for us still till today. I can call Scott and if im looking for help with projects he will referrer someone for me and they are trusted and if they dont treat you right he appreciates the feedback. Scott also sold my son his house and he was so excited. I told my son know will sell him a house but Scott. I am sharing this review WAYYYY to late, but I'm finally getting to it. When Scott helped me sell my home, he was absolutely fantastic! He went so far above and beyond what his scope of responsibilities are as a listing agent, to the point I actually felt guilty about the extra efforts he put in. But, that's who he is, and it was greatly appreciated. I know he loves what he does and the people he helps. He takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and it shows. As a former real estate attorney, I know there are a ton of wonderful Realtors out there (many of whom are also my friends), but I trust Scott's work ethic and commitment to the point where he was the person I chose to list my home, and I don't regret a second of it.
