Excellent service. I have had the unfortunate need to call for a tow a few times in the past and this company is by far the most friendly and fast tow company I have ever used. I was stranded at a gas station, called affordable Roadside Services on the second ring the lady (i don't recall her name) answered, I explained my situation and that I had a truck that needed towed to my home. She got information, and had a tow truck at my truck within 19 minutes. (Who does that?) I was expecting to have to wait for hours like I always have with other companies. When the guy showed up, he got out and immediately hooked my truck up and brought it to my house. The company them called me while the guy wasnloading up my truck to make sure the tow truck arrived and found where i was (again, who does that?) He was pleasant and knew what he was doing. I am so very pleased to say that from start to finish, this stressful day was so much easier to handle thanks to this wonderful, fast and affordable tow truck company. Less

I was stranded on the side of the highway for 3 hours waiting for a tow through my insurance. I found this company and decided to call them instead. It was about 2 am, they picked up immediately and came as soon as possible. Great service and great price. On top of that he was extremely kind and made great conversation. Drove us 55 miles to our destination with no problem. Would truly recommend them to anybody! Less

These guys were honestly my angels today and I cannot thank them enough! I got a flat tire while driving on I-75 in the left lane - wasn’t sure what it was at first, so I slowed down and pulled over on the left shoulder only to discover the back drivers side tire blown out (second time in two weeks actually). I immediately panicked being in the middle of nowhere and in the left shoulder on the 75 with cars and trucks flying past me going 80mph+. I was alone and called my husband who called a few local mobile tire places but no one had the right sized tire. Less than 10 minutes after this happened, while I’m having a panic attack, I see this white truck pull up behind me and the owner came to my window and handed me his business card asking if I needed help. I was crying and asked if he had a tire - he immediately got on the phone with his wife and they had ONE tire left! He told me the price, we agreed and they got the flat tire off immediately and the rim all cleaned up. Took about 20-25 minutes for his wife to show up with the tire - they let me wait in their van with the AC on as it was super hot outside. They had the new tire on in less than 5 minutes. The owner and his wife were SO nice and I just cannot say enough how truly grateful I am that they showed up. He said he passed me and immediately took the next exit to turn around and come offer help. I’ve never felt so helpless and yet so comforted by complete strangers. I’ve now saved their info in my phone and will call them anytime I need any roadside or tire assistance again! 10/10 recommend! Thank you again! Less
