This company used AI to answer their phones, take my information and book an appointment. A live person called the morning of the appt to say the AI did not actually have the authority to book the appt. They admitted they are having problems with the AI system and are addressing it, after taking my info and book g the appt. This is gross mismanagement of my data, and so will never deal with Zip ever

I used their services because they had reasonable prices. Marcus our technician was very very polite and professional. I had a very slight miscommunication and misunderstanding with him which he stayed polite with me throughout. His team reached out immediately with a solution that I was satisfied with. I was actually very surprised how fast they reached out. My portable dishwasher began spilling water all over my kitchen. We started with Gio who checked out the dishwasher ran it through several cycles and couldn't get it to repeat watering the entire kitchen. He spent about an hour. But let me know if it continued I should call back for another visit at no charge. After running the dishwasher again and getting a good soaking I called back. Marcus came today. He took the top off and used a flashlight to look for any kinks in the hose. Just as he was turning to leave he spotted culpret, the sprayer attachment on my faucet was dripping out a steady stream beginning the soaking again. It wasnt even a problem with the dishwasher. I was so thankful for him being so observant. I couldn't be more delighted with Zip Appliance repair! And who I will use in the future.
