This company used AI to answer their phones, take my information and book an appointment. A live person called the morning of the appt to say the AI did not actually have the authority to book the appt. They admitted they are having problems with the AI system and are addressing it, after taking my info and book g the appt. This is gross mismanagement of my data, and so will never deal with Zip ever

I wasnt overly impressed with the office handling of my concerns but can't say enough good things about Marcus who came out to our house. He had to come out 3 times to repair and service and each time was curious, friendly and always listened to my concerns.Great job Marcus, you are the best.
