In my experience, working with Dezshanae Cannon has been a complete nightmare. I trusted her with my tax return and my children’s information, and I believe I was taken advantage of. I am missing $12,000 that was supposed to support me and my kids, and I have received no accountability, transparency, or resolution.Once I confronted her about the missing money, the situation became even worse. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she has continued to harass me, creating additional stress on top of an already devastating situation. Communication has been inconsistent, explanations keep changing, and I have never been provided with clear documentation or proof showing where my money went.What was promised was NOT delivered. As a parent, the financial and emotional damage this has caused my family is unacceptable.I strongly advise anyone considering her services to proceed with extreme caution, get everything in writing, and verify everything independently. No one should have to go through what my children and I have experienced.

I recently went in with my husband to file my taxes! I thought this person was a loving caring pillar in the community! After doing research it seems as if my taxes were filled by somebody frauding at this organization! My taxes were sent thru for A “Cash advance” $3,211 was deposited in someone else account. It’s been a week nothing the business can show or say! I reported it to the local authorities, how dare this man Alvin scam me and my 4 kids! It’s hard enough out here here already He will get what’s coming to him! I’m nowLeft homeless because of this! Worst experience ever I also filed a complaint with the ftc BBB and iRS!

Biggest scam in the city, after parting ways with this guy he tried to file my 2024 taxes without my permission and I was stuck with oweing a balance! This guy Alvin has also been harassing me!! If you want a real business headache do business with this scam organization! They use all the data you help collect against you when you don’t wanna renew business with him!!
