I cannot recommend Chad and his team highly enough. My Medicare was due to start on the 1st and I waited until about 2 days before and a weekend to reach out to Chad for help. .... he is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient,bprofessional and very down to earth- he will listen to your specific experience and needs and apply that un assisting you with choosing the best plan for you and your family. I have only been with Chad and his team for about 2 weeks but I can tell you that they are not a transactional business they follow up and check in to make sure that you're happy to see if you have any questions or to make sure you received your medical cards etc and if he is not available somebody else on his team will reach out promptly with the same level of service that he provides. I greatly appreciate the level of service, because sadly, It is rare to find these days Great follow-up, quick, A+ service would recommend him to anybody needing insurance and in fact I already have!
