I had been looking for car finance for the past three months, and having worked in the finance industry myself, I’m not unfamiliar with the process. From the moment I submitted my enquiry, Joel stood out.He contacted me within an hour and was incredibly transparent, honest and straight to the point. He took the time to understand my situation and what I genuinely needed, and within an hour had already provided me with my options. I was pre-approved within 24 hours!Over the following two weeks, Joel was phenomenal. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicates exceptionally well and, most importantly, genuinely has his clients’ best interests at heart. He never made me feel pressured and genuinely worked with me, rather than simply trying to close a deal, to achieve the best possible outcome for my situation.I couldn’t recommend Joel highly enough. Honestly, have one phone call with him and you’ll understand exactly what I mean!
