Called Norm and they came the same day. Repaired our garage door in no time at all. Reasonable pricing and great service! Will definitely use them again.

Responsive to contact, price quoted was price of repair, provided options for service date and time and was here during the two hour window I picked, texted prior to arrive as requested. Norm and Jenn are exceptional! In addition to being very friendly and kind, they were a well oiled machine when it came to the work. Quick and efficient. In addition to replacing my broken spring, they oiled all of the door joints and checked and tightened all of the bolts on the door panels for safety. So in addition to having a working garage door, it is also much quieter! When I asked if they could replace the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door, Norm said he could but that it was still good and he recommended I wait and not waste the money! No attempt to upsell!!! Recommend them to anyone in their service area who needs anything done to a garage door!

I really appreciate Norm Garage Door repair and his wife for coming out on an emergency call the spring breaking on the garage door causes damage to the garage door he did an excellent job straightening the door out and replacing the springs.

I saw Norm's pick up with his company information driving near my neighborhood. I had a ding on the bottom part of my garage door and was hoping to get input on best option to correct. Norm and his bride Jenn responded VERY quickly to my email and came to my house the next day. They quickly improved the appearance and more importantly strengthened the door. Great service and very reliable. Norm ordered two new garage doors and kept us updated as to when they would arrive. He and Jenn arrived when they said they would and made sure our new garage doors were installed properly and working correctly and hauled away the old damaged doors for us.
