I have never felt so disrespected by someone who was supposed to be catering to us. I won a suit at a bridal expo in Pensacola in January. I have been fighting to get this suit since April. I was finally able to receive the suit a week before the wedding which caused more stress than anything not knowing if I would have my future husbands suit in time for our wedding. The representative came to my work because every other time we tried to meet it would not work. He came up to the office and had to audacity to hand out business cards to our reception after the horrible service I had. He barely responded to emails. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone with the amount of stress it has caused on me before my wedding. On top of all of this he forgot when my wedding date was when he dropped off the pants at my work. Something that felt like a blessing to win a suit for my wedding turned into a nightmare. Less
