It was probably obvious that we know what we like & dislike and for us, we knew we wanted to see the homes in person to get a real sense of the space, layout, location & environment which can be misleading in photos. David met with us and coordinated to make sure we could see them, allowed us to walk through all the houses and make our own judgement with no pressure at all. From the moment we connected, it was clear that his dedication & responsiveness to his clients went above and beyond. Perfect example: we saw a house back on the market one evening, called him immediately that we were interested in seeing ASAP (the price was very good in a neighborhood we liked) David said he’ll look into and called back to say let’s go see it that night!
