The team spent over six hours trying to clean out grease buildup they still couldn't get it. The owner reached out and offered to come back himself and comped us a free camera inspection of the pipe. the owner and his wife came today with a jetter and fixed our issue. Mr. John reminds me of an old school tradesman that is more concerned that his customers are 100% satisfied than the profit margin.

Highly recommend Mr. John and his company. The cast iron pipes needed to be replaced with PVC. This company was extremely meticulous in the manner in which they repaired and replaced the pipes… From blocking off the rest of the house, so there would be minimal dust to cleaning as they went along. Mr John took photos every step of the way and walked me through a complete understanding of what he was doing and why. Lastly he ran a camera through the lines to show me the completed work.I have Spanish tile throughout my home and Mr John was extremely careful in making sure that there was no unnecessary tiles ruined during this process.When the job was completed, he even mopped the floors. I completely trust him and will definitely use his services in the future should they be needed.

John is without a doubt a superb professional. I had been going through a stressful time trying to find a decent plumber that would even call me back. Some told me I'd be waiting two-three weeks! When I called John he said "I'll be there tomorrow morning!" He took care of my corroded pipes in a surprisingly short amount of time and did an excellent job. Not only that, but the pricing was very fair which I am so grateful for. It took me a while to do my research in my attempt to find a good but equally honest plumber, and I am just so relieved to have found John.
