Had a late night backup. Owner took my call and then was on standby while the city came out to assist. Once the city couldn't help, I called back and he gave me pricing for coming out that night and waiting until the morning. We chose to wait until the morning as the issue didn't get worse. Our flush valve was buried and before located, correctly predicted the exact location and helped to uncover. Advised we buy an attachment to keep it from being buried again. Cleared out the blockage from the roof and from the ground to ensure services were returned to normalcy. Saved his contact info for any future issue hoping that I won't need it.

Woke up in the morning to a leak under the garage floor. John was the 1st to take the job and came over fast. His experience really showed as he diagnosed the problem and went right to work. John broke open that floor, repaired the busted pipe and the floor. Cleanup was so good that it looks like he was never there. Great price and great work. He’s my go to plumber moving forward.
