This was our initial visit and we received over the top service! Daniel came out the day before just to make sure he understood our situation. He did some inspecting and we came up with a plan. He came back next day and did total inspection, treatment and reassured some very nervous customers! CAN I GIVE TEN STARS?!!? We had a mouse in our living room and I thought we were going to have to move! SO GROSS! We called Nextech and Daniel, the owner, answered. He came out the same day and it was answered prayer. He went above and beyond to get us situated and fortunately the problem was not as bad as we feared. We had had Terminox out before and honestly we would have had to take out a loan to afford their service, but Daniel was reasonably priced and did not take advantage of our fear and lack of knowledge. During a routine extermination (I’m signed up for regular service) I told Courtney there were noises behind my stove or refrigerator. She skillfully pulled out the stove and refrigerator, yep there was evidence of rodent activity. She set a huge trap, that same night it killed a rat. (An aside, she dislikes glue traps as the rodent will do anything to escape, the traditional traps kill them instantly.) I asked NexTech their opinion as to follow-up, they recommended another trap (where there’s one there’s usually two). Courtney set another trap. I want to add this also. This company is great they’ve gone above and beyond for me previously with a squirrel situation. I highly recommend them. Less

Excellent communication, no pushy sales and genuinely cares--I had a video conference I had to be on and rather than leave the task up to me to deal with later on, Daniel repotted a house plant we had some ants living rent free in to make sure they were evicted permanently. We hate ants and they are the most obnoxious pest there is when it comes to a home. It did not matter if I cleaned with bleach, sprayed with raid, and it just never worked as they kept coming back. One of our neighbors called NexTech and they walked to our door and said we can see you have an ant problem! They came and they treated the house and honestly it is the best service ever provided.
