She was punctual, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything she was doing while also sharing really helpful tips about my skin throughout the session.What I appreciated the most is how personalized her approach was - she recommended the right type of facial and frequency based on my current situation (I’m postpartum and exclusively breastfeeding), which made me feel really cared for.Vidya is warm, approachable, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She’s also not pushy at all when it comes to recommendations, which I really value.I’m definitely looking forward to coming back!
