As a previous customer, I called for a consultation/repair of a “popping” sound garage door, the same problem as my previous call, 10 mos ago. I was hoping a reduced “previous customer” rate would be quoted. But, nope, same charge as a new customer. Disappointed. Just lube sprayed the tract & hinges.

I had a garage door panel problem in another company could do it to Tuesday so I called you guys Saturday and said you could come out Monday. A young man came out today. He was very good at what he did and got everything working right. As he replaced the panel, the new panel was defective so he put in another one and it worked perfectly. He synced up my garage door opener and also my car built-in opener.

We had a broken belt on our opener. Erica was honest telling me the belt was under warranty saving us the belt cost. She gave me the manufacturers phone# to order a new one. A few days later Isaiah arrived to install the belt and service the doors. He was polite, on time, and efficient and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will certainly use RC Door again in the future.
