Max and Bryan were so amazing! They were exactly on time, got our storage unit empty in like 20 minutes, were polite even though it was 73 degrees out with full sun, and had fun with their jobs. They rocked, it was a reasonable price, and we'll 100% contact them again if we need more junk hauled off!

I cannot recommend Neat Freak for Junk Removal enough! We were looking to clear out our backyard and garage, and Max and Kevin were incredibly quick, efficient, and professional… in and out in less than an hour, which was way faster than I expected for a full truckload!!! They were highly communicative and arrived right on time. On top of their fantastic service, their prices are extremely reasonable for a full truckload compared to what the bigger chains charge. It feels great to support a local business that offers such amazing value. What truly sets them apart, though, is their mission. Instead of just throwing everything into a landfill, they actively prioritize sorting through items to see what can be donated or recycled. Knowing that my unwanted items are being disposed of in an eco-friendly way makes a huge difference. I will absolutely be using their services again in the future and highly encourage everyone to support this fantastic local business!!!!
