He provided regular updates, was quick to respond to queries, communicated clearly and has a kind and professional manner.The team handled everything effectively whilst I was out the UK, coordinating with a family member (thanks, Dad!) and Bathrooms by Design to source materials and manage deliveries.I was keen to have both a shower and a bath, and the wet room layout works perfectly.
