Incredibly happy to have found this group of writers. The online group’s mantra is “critique the writing, not the writer” and their comments have helped me polish my work without being discouraged. I leave each session energized and feeling lucky to have met all the interesting people on the zoom. After the success online, I went to some of the in-person events and made good friends. We keep each other accountable, and have even talked about planning a getaway with the three of us: screenwriter, novelist, and memoirist. Thank you, Atlanta Writes!
