Mr. Khroud's coaching is a new lifeline for my business. I am in this business since 2006. Under his coaching, this is my first listing with full commission. "Effective Door Knocking" works and he teaches effective door knocking. His guidance and script to get the contact number of homeowners are wonderful. It will help to build a database. I went only once with him for door-knocking. Since then, I have been able to get 6,8 or 10 contact numbers whenever I go for door-knocking. The listing presentation is the key to get a listing. 2 weeks ago, he went with me on the listing appointment and we signed the listing at full commission. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Just copy him and keep doing it. Practice your scripts. Role play every day. But you have to put your 'soul' into your business.
