FXM has been an incredible journey for me. I have been in 78kg-82kg (24-26% bodyfat) for the last 13 years. Tried a few things before, vegan, keto and Mcdougal diet but all of them had only ever helped me get down to 76kg.I joined FXM in April as part of the 6 week transformation challenge. I was a complete newbie on weight lifting, was so nervous in everything. Fortunately, coaches and the community made me feel super welcome and comfortable with their warmth, care and excellent coaching. This has helped me to build that consistency even I live 40 minutes drive away from the gym. I scanned in 77.1kg, 23.8% bodyfat.By the end of the 6 week challenge, I scanned in 71.9kg, 20.3% bodyfat winning the challenge. A further 6 weeks later, I dropped down to 65.7kg, 15% bodyfat. I literally had to buy an entire new wardrobe! Everything downsize from large to small, size 36 pants down to size 28-29.I then spend the rest of the year doing lean bulk eating 3300 calories, large amount of food.
