I had a weird project that involved removing a partial concrete wall without destroying the floor underneath, clearing some construction debris, and removing some seriously stubborn wood remnants with stripped out screws. Sam did an amazing job - gave me a great rate, showed up on time, and had the whole project done in half a day. The results are fantastic, and the floor is in perfect condition even after the demo. Will definitely hire him again!

Called Sam up due to his great reviews and that he was a Veteran Owned Business Owner. From first phone call I knew he was the right guy to hire to fix swampy backyard and emplace a drainage ditch and cover with gravel so I could place a trailer in backyard. From first phone call to estimate, to work completion was one week. He and his brother were prompt, courteous and professional. Very pleased with work and cost for the project. So much so that I will hire him for the resurface, topsoil grating of large yard and placement of two gravel pads later in the month. My driveway was horrible. In the rain I was wading thru multiple puddles. In the sun I was slipping on loose rocks and random grass. Plus it was just plain ugly. Sam gave me a bid, then came over and explained what he would do. He showed up on time, did what he promised and left without a mess.
