I called Jason Standridge with Abide Roofing for a second opinion about a roof leak, and I’m so glad I did. He came out quickly and performed a very thorough inspection of both the roof and the area inside where the leak was occurring so he could fully understand the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He clearly explained what he believed was causing the problem and walked me through several reasonable options to address it. I really appreciated that he focused on diagnosing the issue and finding the most practical solution rather than recommending unnecessary work. We decided to try one of the simpler solutions first and monitor it before doing anything more extensive. His honesty, responsiveness, and willingness to take the time to explain everything made the whole experience very reassuring. I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone looking for a trustworthy and experienced roofing professional.

Contacted Abide Roofing after hearing a commercial from Landrum Robert’s with WJOX. I needed someone to look at a small roof repair and Jadon Wilbanks reached out quickly, gave me an estimate to repair and had it scheduled and completed within a few days. I could not be more pleased with the professional service I received. Before calling Abide Roofing, I had reached out to several local companies only to be told “we are too busy to look at small repairs “ or “ if you need a new roof, I can send someone out” or just not respond when I told them what I needed done. Jadon with Abide not only gave me an estimate on the repairs but did a full roof inspection and advised our roof was in great shape other than the small repair area.

Huge shout out to Kobi Floyd who provided exceptional service for us! We previously had 2 companies come out and both tell us our issue was fixed and one even charges a hefty charge and then wouldn’t return messages or calls knowing we still had an issue. Unfortunately it was not ever fixed. Kobi returned my message within 15 minutes and was out to inspect the very next day. He was able to get to the bottom of our issue, provide photos of issue and eve photos where he could see the other company supposed repairs that made it worse. He was very honest and helpful. Repairs are completed and picture were provided of before and after! Thankful for Kobi with Abide!
