I wish their were more than 5 stars for Erik and Holly!My husband and I purchased our home from my Father, and Erik made the entire process so easy. To be honest I was afraid to make the call to start the process...what if our credit wasnt right, what if we get denied..... WHAT IF!!! Erik took all that fear away the first day! From the application to the necessary paperwork, I mean...it just flowed, he created all the scenarios and put them in front of us,and let us pick which one works best for us!! From solid fear to choices!!! Holly kept in contact with me every step of the way, sometimes just letting me know "things are moving along nicely, have a great weekend" That was the reassurance I needed. We ended up closing escrow a week early, everything was flawless, and we simply cannot thank Erik and Holly enough for their professionalism, calm demeanor, patience, and knowledge! I highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a Mortgage Bro!!! Thanks again for all you did for us.

Erik took the time to go through several options with me for a refinance and give me advice based on my specific circumstances. He personally reached out to a third party to help me with a personal issue at the end of the refinance that threatened to cancel the process.
