Had a gas leak at the property and although I managed to get an appointment for 7am, Sara (office manager) called me back to advise that someone is able to attend right now. Very thankful for her call back as I can't imagine what would have happened if we had waited. Ben attended the property and explained clearly the situation and what needs to be done. He managed my expectations and was clear about the costs I would expect in the worst case scenario. He took photos and short videos as well! They were quick at finding where the leak was (thank goodness they are pros or I can't imagine the bill!) and fixed it promptly. It was the best outcome in a really bad situation. Very lucky I called the right people for the job!!! Thank you Sara & Ben!!
